Ten years ago, we chose the name Mirova in reference to Mirovia, a hypothetical ocean that surrounded the supercontinent of Rodinia almost 1,000 million years ago. The name marked our desire to be at the forefront of an approach to finance that cares for the planet, its lands, its oceans and its natural capital, as well as the well-being, diversity, and inclusion of everyone in a global environment.

Mirova, an affiliate of Natixis Investment Managers 100% dedicated to sustainable investing, renews its support to Komaza, an innovative smallholder forestry platform, which provides scalable and sustainable nature-based solutions to climate change. The $US 9.5 million investment will help Komaza to scale operations in Kenya.
