Mirova joins the “European Alliance for Green Recovery”
Mirova joins the “European Alliance for Green Recovery”, launched by Pascal Canfin mid-April, Chairman of the Environment, Food Safety and Public Health Committee of the European Parliament. The alliance aims at working together to build post-crisis green investment plans.
As the current sanitary crisis sheds new light on the strengths and weaknesses of our economy, it increases the echo of the voices which have been calling for a sustainable and fair economic revival. It reinforces Mirova's founding belief that investment is a powerful and necessary tool to push society towards a more sustainable, more just and more resilient economy.
“The sustainable finance for which we have been fighting for years can be a tool to recover from the current crisis.” Philippe Zaouati
This conviction that we share with others also contributed to the launch of reCOVery, a collaborative French initiative aimed at rethinking the post-crisis economy.
